´╗┐Peugeot 307 Wiring Diagram 2002 - Which Section of the Brain Is Situated at Point 4 in the Diagram? ? In most cases people know the positioning of the parts of the brain that are used for certain functions but not the location of the other parts. The use of each region of the brain differs depending upon the person. The structure of the mind is an indication of that part of the brain is responsible for that function. Gyrus - The biggest area of the brain and is responsible for motor function, vision and language. The gyrus also processes the words that you hear. The gyrus plays a part in language as it's the part of the brain that understands the meaning of words. Thalamus - This component of the mind has three major parts. One part is the bulb that's found behind the eyes and is responsible for vision. Another two main elements are the thalamus as well as the corpus callosum. The thalamus connects the left and right hemispheres of their brain and can also be where the cerebrum which controls muscle movement connects with the cerebellum, which controls the motor controller of the body. Parietal Lobes - The parietal lobes can be found between the frontal lobes and the temporal lobes. The parietal lobes are responsible for the recognition of voice, face and motion. In the event that you were to look at someone and flip a light around to illuminate their face you'd see their eyes, mouth and the shape of their face. When a person is confronted with a specific situation they activate the parietal lobes. Temporal Lobes - The temporal lobes are responsible for recognizing, naming and remembering faces. The temporal lobes are also in charge of hearing and recognizing sound. If you turned to your tv to watch a movie and suddenly the picture moved out there could be a possibility that you missed seeing some thing. Globus Pallidus - The globus pallidus is a part of the brain which contains two parts. The most well known part of the globus pallidus is that the amygdala, which controls emotions and memories. Another area of the globus pallidus is the thalamus, which can be located close to the base of their skull. Occipital Lobes - This component of the brain is situated just above the eyes and is responsible for motion, vision and being able to distinguish colour. The parietal lobes include the area that we use to identify color. The occipital lobes can be viewed whenever someone looks up and looks down and it allows them to have the ability to focus and point. Parietal Cortex - The part of the brain that's responsible for facial recognition is the parietal cortex. It is the part of the mind that regulates facial recognition. The section of the brain which controls our sense of touch is your somatosensory cortex.
